School Council

NGMS School Council

Congratulations to the following people who were elected to serve as our
School Council parent members. Parents are always welcome to attend the meetings. We will have the dates posted on our school calendar throughout the school year.

Deborah Price

Deborah has a 6th grader at NGMS and high school student who attends a private school. She believes that education is a partnership involving parents, students, teachers, principals, school boards, government, and the community. She has been actively involved in her children's schools through PTA and volunteer work. She feels that she can bring the knowledge of private and public school parent experiences to the council.

Christine Adams

Christine has one child at NGMS and will have another one here next year. She enjoys being involved with the school and she wants to have input on how to improve the school as needed. She will have children in NGMS for the next 7 years so she has a commitment to the success of the school. She states that she can be a voice of reason and encouragement for the staff and council members.

Amy Doherty

Amy has a 6th grader at NGMS. She is an active member of the community and she works for the City of Suwanee. She often receives questions about the schools in the area so this will be a wonderful opportunity for her to learn more about NGMS. She has previously served on school councils and feels that her input will be beneficial. She is dedicated to being an active participant at NGMS.
