Arrivals and Departures
Students arriving before 8:55 without a teacher pass must report to study hall. Any early arrivals must use the main entrance at the front of the building. Parents who transport their children to and from school should use the West Price Road driveway and allow the students to enter either of the two doors at the parking lot on the terrace level. Students should exit the school bus or car and proceed immediately to homeroom. Breakfast stations will be located conveniently throughout the building so students may grab a breakfast before school begins. The departures at 4:00 PM will follow the same procedure. Please see the school website for a map showing the expected flow of traffic for bus and car rider traffic.
NGMS Car Rider Guidelines
- Cars may begin unloading in the mornings at 8:55 a.m. Students arriving later than the 9:10 homeroom bell should be unloaded at the front office in the upper parking lot. Parents will need to enter the building to sign in their students.

Drivers should continue to pull forward to the designated sign—this allows us to maximize the number of cars that may be loaded/unloaded at one time, thus decreasing your wait time!

If a student fails to load his/her vehicle while the car is in the loading lane, the car will be directed to loop around and get back in line.

Students must continuously watch for their vehicle—this is very important and keeps parents from having to loop around.

Students may load from the front of the line, all the way back to the fire hydrant, where a staff member is standing.
