Registrar
Registration is by appointment only. Please call 678-745-2300.
Only the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) can register the student.
Legal guardians must bring guardianship papers.
The following information is needed to register:
- Proof of residency: Please bring one of these documents: homeowner’s contract, settlement statement, lease/rental agreement and one utility bill. Phone bills or driver’s license ARE NOT acceptable documents.
- Current Georgia Immunization Certificate
- Georgia Hearing, Vision, Dental Certificate
- 10-11Final report card showing promotion (after 9/15/11 a withdrawal form)
- Copy of discipline record
- Student’s birth certificate
- SPECIAL ED students must have IEP record
- Gifted students must have gifted eligibility
