Open House Registration Forms
ATTENTION: All parents need to complete the following information for each student entering NGMS prior to Open House on August 5th.
- Complete the Student Registration Form for each student in your family. (Student ID/Lunch#, located on your child's report card, is required for Registration.)
- Register for a free MealPay account. (Current customers use your existing account log-in information.)
- Complete Online Contribution using MealPay account in the FEES and ACTIVITIES section.
August 5th Open House Schedule
After verifying the receipt of registration information, students will receive a copy of their schedule.
Open House Times are as follows:
Students with the Last Name A-L: 2:30-4:30
Students with the Last Name M-Z: 5:00-7:00

PE Uniforms will be on sale (T-shirts are $8, Shorts are $13, and T-shirt & Shorts are $21)
IMPORTANT: 6th grade parents, an updated copy of your child's immunization must be turned into the office prior to your child receiving his/her schedule. These forms may be dropped off at the school office during summer hours.
